Great commentary Michael. An audience applause to you is well deserved. There are possibly two other good points you can add to the list and they are "networking" with online forums (I've often found the solution or ideas which led to a solution from such) and "live chatrooms" where people get to text each other in 'real time'. This provides a 'feel good' experience because you're interacting with another person and getting immediate feedback. The popular 'IM's are illustrative of this.

What are your thoughts Michael? Your commentary is always of geniune value.

Sincerely,
Rosario

Re: Internet Marketing - Tools of the Trade, Pt 1, 2 & 3.

Absolutely brilliant article for solid content in an easy to read style!

I would recommend this three part article a 'must read' for anyone new to IM or anyone else interested in the essentials of buidling a successful website with the right tools.

I especially like the final segment on Guru's with links.

Congratulations and thank you.

I'll be back (apologies to Arny).

I am a retired senior citizen looking for a way to increase my income by doing some Internet Marketing. I have been at this for about six weeks and so far all that I have accomplished is flitting from one great sounding opportunity to another without ever getting anything positive accomplished.
It just seems that so many "experts" are out to get me to spend money.

mall investment so far including a domain name, a host company, an autoresponder and I signed up with one of the many many gurus looking for money but that has proven to be a bust so far.

I was about to throw in the towel when I ran across this well written piece.
It makes sense and has inspired me to give it another try. Quite frankly my first introduction to Internet Marketing was having run across Ken Evoy's Site Sell. I was tempted to try that, but the price held me back. If I had gone that route it would have required all of the capital that I could afford for this venture. As a result of this piece, I am rethinking that idea.

Well, I am rambling on and on so I'll call it quits now and give someone else a chance. Once again, thanks for a great piece and I look forward to reading more.
