Reading this article underscored for me what I’ve been beginning to figure out, and has encouraged me to stay on the right track. New to blogging, and eager to get traffic (who isn’t?), I came close to making the very mistakes warned about. My topic isn’t a popular one, but I found that going “over the top” with attempts to _make_ it popular didn’t work. I just wore myself out.
Plus, I was risking not being true to who I am and what I believe.
