		<description>This is a very interesting article on the workings of Digg.com. I have submitted several items to Digg myself. I have found that the time frame in the submissions seems to be the key factor in noticability(sp?) by the users of Digg. If you happen to submit when traffic is at a lull(ie:rush hour,dinnertime,etc.) the item languishes and is buried very quickly without many views.
 I have submitted to other voter based websites and have encountered the same results.
 Could the owners of Digg suggest an avenue for submissions to be &quot;parked&quot; (for lack of a better term) to give people a chance to peruse the submission,giving it a chance to excel?
