I find link to alot of the blog directories helped alot. I saw double the traffic in a few short weeks. (okay its not short for most of us)

Getting links from article sites really helps.. also, being active in forums and having signature links to your site witch catchy relevant anchor text helps a lot!!
i’ve benefited a lot from doing dat in forums like digitalpoint and WTF

Thanks for the tips and links. My site is also fairly new and my daily unique visitors are about 25. Was wondering if that is a good number for a month old site and how long it takes to get over a 100 visitors per day?

In addition, I have found widgets, or “freebies”, help increase my traffic. I can watch the inbound unique visitors enter from an e-mail link from one of their friends. My page titled “Free Tools” seems to attract the newbies as well as help with seo. Thanks for the tips!
