Tee hee... Have we ever considered that google tells us to build websites for humans and not for the search engines? If we are building for humans and not for search engines, why in the world would we include rel=nofollow on any links?

That leaves me to believe that the rel=nofollow, which to my knowledge is only used by google, is a trigger identifier of someone interested in manipulated google's search results. If google did not have its secrets, wouldn't the no=follow tags indicate that google should step up its close analysis of a particular website?

How is that for "food for thought"?

Page Rank explained away again! Does google really want anyone to know what they are up to!

I think if you narrow it down to keyword ranking and actual traffic results then you will be in a much better position to analyze the worth of a site. That is what it comes down to anyway since people are looking for link value.
