Great article the only one I think needs warning is the open source. We have found a couple problems to where the developer of some open source has made some changes and then more changes that are not backward compatible, so it ends up costing excessive time and labor to fix the problems. Im sure there is a huge amount of open source that is perfectly fine, but somethings just have to be careful. Great article though very true.

Great article, and definitely something to think about for business in the future. Customers are different then they were even just a year ago. No matter how much money they have to spend, they want value. They want to have a relationship with you. And for the businesses they don’t realize that yet, the rest of us can quickly zoom by.
