New Auto Blog Rules

Blog

Many avid bloggers who have been blogging for years have realized that auto blogging isn’t as easy as it used to be. A couple of years ago one would get a blog up and running in about twenty minutes, put it out on the internet with content automatically being fed into it, and then just wait for the sales to start rolling in.

If you had to treat your blogging business like that today, you wouldn’t get very far. First, you won’t rank in the search engines due to duplicate content. The other reason you could get penalized is because your automated content could be spun, thus resulting in content that doesn’t make much sense to the reader.

Auto blogging used to be totally reliant on search engine optimization, and not on making quality blogs that people would want to visit. Remember that in blogging, the only way to get a good following is to have content that humans enjoy reading. In this way the search engines will also rank you higher, as you will be getting more visitors and your content is unique to your own blog.

You may wonder how it is possible to have an auto blogging business, but manage to keep it non spammy, and automatically getting updated with quality content. Bloggers now know that auto blogging still works well, but the rules have changed and if you want a successful auto logging business here are a few of the musts that you will need to implement into your blogging business. Some of these strategies take more time, but the results will be well worth it.

1. Proper Research

Doing proper research before opening your new blog is essential. You need to establish what niches are profitable, find keywords that are not to competitive and make sure that there are products available for your blog to promote. Without doing this initial phase properly, your blog will just get lost somewhere out there on the world wide web, and you will be lucky if anybody sees it at all in the search engines.

2. Proper Setup

When setting up a new blog, how you set it up makes all the difference to how your blog is going to perform in the long run. To make your blog search engine friendly, you need to know what pluggins to use and what type of themes will work best for your blog. This is the part that takes the most time, but is a step that should never be rushed or left out if you want to ensure the long term success of your blog.

3. Original Content

Yes, initially you will need to write some original content to get your blog going. After this there are many tools that you can use in order to get quality readable content and products added to your blog on auto pilot. I use auto blog buddy to ensure that my blogs are fed with high class quality content on a daily basis. The best thing here is that the content is reader friendly and optimized according to your instructions.

4. Getting Your Blog Seen

If you have done the first three steps correctly, the search engines will do most of the work for you here. You may need to tweak this a bit in the beginning to make sure that your blog gets off on the right footing, but after the initial stages, you will start getting traffic from the search engines, providing you have been thorough in your setup.

A successful blog will make $40 or more every month, so it is well worth the effort to make sure you know all the rules to setting up your auto blogging business.

Thanks for this information. I also used auto blogging, but not all of my contents are from auto blogging post, but sometimes I add with my own niche.

I know exactly what you mean when it comes to proper research. My first blogs main keyword was “Football”. I went a full year without gaining any real attention.
