    Not every company is fraudulent, but yes there are many fake SEO companies which promise too much and their ROI percentage is nil.

    You make a very good point but I would like to suggest another option. If your company is big enough why not employ an in house SEO specialist or at least some one that has a fair amount of knowledge about SEO?
