Twitter Now Letting Users Have Their Say With Quote Tweet
Twitter has unveiled a major makeover to its quote tweet functionality, enabling users of the micro-blogging site to embed a tweet within their own tweet.
The new feature, which Twitter has been testing since last summer, gives users the chance to be more descriptive, despite the 140-character tweet-limit.
“Say more with revamped quote tweet,” reads a tweet from the company. “Rolling out on iPhone and Web, coming soon to Android.”

Twitter users now have the ability add 116 characters in remarks on top of the 140-character limit of the quoted tweet.
The new feature tackles a common complaint that Twitter users had with the quote tweet function — that it gave users no room to add their own thoughts to retweets.
