  • To manage the stress at work is not a difficult task. You just need to perform the work in the right direction with the help of the positive thinking. You should also try to take rest for few minutes after every one hour that you have spend on the working place

  • I would have to agree with the exercise part. Even though it can be hard to get motivated to use my Standard Motion elliptical machine, I always sleep better and fell better the next day. Getting some cardio for a good hour or is definitely a HUGE stress reliever.
