Our Moving Process
First Contact
Contact our office by phone or email to share your moving needs. Within one or two business days, our moving consultant will call you to arrange for an onsite visit.
The onsite visit
During the onsite estimate, our moving consultant will assess your house, garage, and backyard. They will determine the right truck size, the number of movers required, and the packing supplies set for your project.
Packing day
On this day, a packing crew with packing supplies will arrive at your house. They will efficiently pack all small and fragile items into different-size boxes, labeling each box with the room`s name in which it was packed.
All the small items, TVs, mirrors, paintings, and clothing will be wrapped and packed into specialty boxes. This process will ensure their safety during the move.
Loading
During this stage, the moving team parks the truck by the house and sets up walking ramps to the porch. The long-distance movers unroll floor runners to protect the flooring, disassemble and wrap the furniture, and begin loading. They start from the top floor and move down to the basement. The moving crew will load the garage and backyard items last. At the end of the loading, the customer checks each floor in the house to ensure nothing is left behind.
Unloading
Unloading begins with ramps set up on the porch and floor runners unrolled, ensuring the protection of the flooring.
